This salsa will have your taste buds dancing! With only five ingredients, this recipe is super quick and easy to make. 


Ingredients

2 ripe mangoes (peeled & diced)

Juice of 1 lime

1 small red onion (peeled & diced)

1 jalapeno (sliced & diced)

½ cup of chopped fresh cilantro

1 bag of Moana taro chips


Instructions

Combine and toss all ingredients together in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper if needed.

Instructions

3 ripe Avocados 

¼ cup of red onion

¼ cup of fresh cilantro 

¼ cup of tomatoes 

Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

Mash avocados in a bowl

Add red onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and lime juice

Season with salt and pepper and mix

Ingredients


1 lb of Yellowfin Tuna Steak (diced into small pieces) 

1 tbsp of soy sauce

1 tsp of mayonnaise 

1 tsp of Sriracha sauce

¼ cup onions

2 chopped scallions


Instructions

Add and mix all ingredients in a bowl

This oven baked and incredibly easy-to-make recipe is the ultimate party dip. It’s savory flavor compliments our Moana taro chips!


Ingredients


1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

¼ cup of mayonnaise

¼ cup of sour cream

14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

½ cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl 

Spread mixture evenly into a baking dish

Bake for 20-25 min or until cheese is melted

Get creative with Moana Taro nachos!

 

Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped

1 lb ground beef

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp taco seasoning

Salt

1 (15oz) can refried beans

¼ cup of water

1 bag Moana taro chips

2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 (15oz) can black beans 

½ cup of pickled jalapenos 

Toppings (Optional)

1 large tomato, diced

1 Avocado, diced

¼ cup of sliced green onions

¼ cup of cilantro leaves

Sour cream 


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add ground beef and onions, and cook until beef has browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the beef as it cooks; stir in taco seasoning. Drain excess fat. Add water if needed.

Place taro chips in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Top with ground beef mixture, black beans, corn and cheeses.

Place into the oven and bake until heated through and the cheeses have melted, about 5-6 minutes.

Serve immediately, topped with tomato, onion, jalapeno, sour cream and cilantro.
