Ingredients
1 large onion, chopped
1 lb ground beef
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp taco seasoning
Salt
1 (15oz) can refried beans
¼ cup of water
1 bag Moana taro chips
2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (15oz) can black beans
½ cup of pickled jalapenos
Toppings (Optional)
1 large tomato, diced
1 Avocado, diced
¼ cup of sliced green onions

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add ground beef and onions, and cook until beef has browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the beef as it cooks; stir in taco seasoning. Drain excess fat. Add water if needed.
Place taro chips in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Top with ground beef mixture, black beans, corn and cheeses.
Place into the oven and bake until heated through and the cheeses have melted, about 5-6 minutes.
Serve immediately, topped with tomato, onion, jalapeno, sour cream and cilantro.
